Since 1996, our company is certified by the Cyprus Certification Company to the Quality Management System ISO. The system was adapted to the new standards ISO 9001: 2008, was re-evaluated and certified in June 2013 by the Cyprus Certification Company.

The company utilizes to the greatest degree the virtues of the Quality Management System. The industrial production and management processes (management processes) are implemented through a powerful ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning) , the J.D. Edwards. Among other benefits, this system greatly facilitates the management of the materials flow. To ensure continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, Performance Indicators are set and monitored.

Certificate of GMP Compliance of a Manufacturer (GMP) (Secondary Packing)

Our company is a holder of a Certificate of GMP Compliance of a Manufacturer (GMP) for secondary packing of Veterinary Medicinal Products, which we have been granted by the Veterinary Services of Cyprus. Based on this certificate, we are inspected regularly for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

The company has a special unit for relabeling / labeling/ secondary packing of Veterinary Medicinal Products. The products are relabeled / labeled / packaged in exclusive Secondary Packing facilities with special design and operation to comply with the rules on Veterinary Medicinal Products Laws of 2006-2011 and the Regulations Κ.Δ.Π 131/2006 and Κ.Δ.Π 497 / 2010 Republic of Cyprus as amended, and the guidelines of the European Union for implementing the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Veterinary Medicinal Products Wholesales Authorization

Our company is a holder of Veterinary Medicinal Products Wholesales Authorization , which is granted by the Veterinary Service of Cyprus which we have been granted by the Veterinary Services of Cyprus and comply to the Veterinary Medicinal Products Laws 2006 to 2011 and the Veterinary Medicinal Products (Procedure and Exam Content License Wholesale) Regulations 2006.

Environmental Protection

The Company is especially sensitive concerning the environment. Modern antifouling systems are developed, installed and operated in our factory, to ensure clean environment, the protection of groundwater and control of emissions. The company also holds all the necessary permits related to the Environmental Protection and comply with all terms of Waste Gas Emissions Permit granted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, according to the "Air Pollution Control Laws of 2002 until 2009" and the terms of the Waste Disposal Licence which is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Environment, under the "Control of Pollution of Water and Soil Laws of 2002-2013". The compliance to the above Licenses terms, are mainly confirmed by unaccepted inspections by the inspectors of the Department of Labour Inspection and the Department of Environment.

Employee Safety and Health Protection

Premier Shukuroglou Cyprus Ltd gives a prominent role in ensuring the safety and health of its employees. The company has established and applies a Risk Assessment System for controlling risks and taking all necessary precautions. Systematic checks on all safety systems are performed, personal hygiene levels are systematically checked through medical examinations. The Safety Health and Environment Commission of the Company is constantly alert and its role in decision-making is essential.

During the Safety Week organized by the Department of Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, our company Safety Commission awarded the 1st Award.

Also Premier Shukuroglou Ltd has been three times awarded with the 1st Chemical Industry Safety Award by the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance.

Pesticides Plant Operation License

Our company is a holder of Pesticides Plant Operation License, granted by the Medicines Control Council for Agricultural pursuant to the Pesticides Act of 1983 and the Pesticides 2003 Regulations.

Factory Registration Certificate

Our company is a holder of a Factory Registration Certificate, granted by the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance pursuant to the Factories Act (PAR.134).
